When a "Quick" Property Visit Turns Into a 2 Hour Project

Does anyone else ever go to a property thinking you're just going to check one thing and somehow end up finding five other things that need attention?
I recently stopped by one of our properties to check on a small maintenance issue. While I was there, I noticed a loose cabinet hinge, a dripping faucet, a light that needed replacing, and a few other little things.
None of them were urgent but suddenly my 15 minute visit turned into a much longer to do list.
I'm starting to wonder if it's actually better to deal with these little things as I notice them or keep a running list and handle them all during a scheduled maintenance visit.
How do you guys handle the "while I'm here..." problems? Do you fix them immediately or save them for later?

I do this all the time haha. If it's something really small that I can fix right then, I usually just do it so I don't have to remember it later. But if it starts turning into a whole project, I'll make a list and deal with everything together.
Otherwise a "quick visit" somehow becomes your entire afternoon.
