If you had to choose just one thing you've learned in the past that elevated your approach, what would it be? I feel like RE investing space is so inundated with info anymore (why I signed up for this partially haha) that I want to know some to-the-point advice that's helped you guys a lot.Reply by Bo Allen
"Nothing beats learning by doing"I find that people tend to overanalyze and overthink everything in life. We just have too much info at our fingertips these days with social media and everything. You can over-research investments. Yes, do your homework, talk to people you trust, run the #s... But you need to realize that nothing will ever beat managing actual properties and learning "on the job"
