What are y'all doing with AI and is it working? Really curious about how people are integrating AI into their businesses and if it's actually helping. I feel like social media is always bombarding me with "effective AI tools" and the like, but I'm a bit suspicious of how effective any of this really is so far. Would love to hear real-world examples of its efficacy or its lack thereof. https://www.nar.realtor/magazine/real-estate-news/technology/the-top-tech-tools-giving-real-estate-agents-a-high-tech-edge

I know a friend who's a RE Investor and he uses it to write listings. I've also met with this guy who has a company that real estate capital raisers and fund managers to secure deals faster through their AI automation. https://williamhollis.com/
