Good evening,
For anyone familiar with Texas property laws, are there specific permits or zoning requirements I should look out for when renting my land as a parking space for trucks and other equipment? I’ve been leasing out spots for a few years but want to make sure I’m compliant as I expand. Any insight on state regulations around utilities or fencing requirements would be helpful too.
