Where are the trending markets in the US lately? I want "boots on the ground" opinions here. Who feels like they see a market on the rise that isn't talked about enough?

This isn't exactly a "boots on the ground" take, but I'd recommend looking into Redfin's online data center. It has alllll kinds of market graphs and stats, which could give you a decent idea of what markets are/aren't on the rise? Just a thought!
