Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this and house hack with my tenant renting out one side of the house. i just noticed some water damage on their wall right below our upstairs bathroom, but it's weird because it's not right under the shower or any pipes I can see. I really don't want this to turn into a bigger problem and I'm worried my tenant might get frustrated if it doesn't get fixed soon. i know i need to call a plumber asap to get it sorted but just wanted to see if anyone has any ideas of what could be causing itReply by Noah
Could be your toilet's wax seal. Get a professional out there asap. Water leaks can quickly become massive issues. That's definitely something that you want to stay on top of.
