Anyone have a trick for making turnovers less painful?Every time a tenant moves out I feel like I’m starting a whole project from scratch. Between repairs, cleaning, scheduling contractors, and getting it ready for the next person, it always takes longer than I think.
Curious what everyone’s process looks like. Do you have a checklist you follow or anything that has made turnovers go smoother?
