Tenant keeps reporting the same maintenance issue

One of my tenants has had the same issue with their bathroom sink clogging up. I've already had a plumber out twice and both times they cleared it and said everything looked fine.
Now the tenant reached out again saying it's happening again. I'm starting to wonder if there's something bigger going on but I also don't want to keep paying for the same repair over and over if it's just something they're doing.
Has anyone dealt with a recurring maintenance issue like this? At what point do you stop treating it like a normal repair and start looking for a bigger problem?
I’m trying to figure out the right way to handle it without making things difficult for the tenant or throwing money at a problem that isn't actually getting fixed. Any help or advice is appreciated!

You should reach out to your last plumber and ask him/her what they think...if the tenant is treating their bathroom sink like a hair disposal and not caring at all it's on them.Reply by Christina Calderon
This is a really common maintenance request across all my units. Seriously considering including a drain snake in all my welcome packets, hahaReply by Josh Winders
There has to be a way to solve this problem!!!Reply by Amanda T.
@[cms3n5efu000kun0jy183v9tk](Marc St.James) I’ve had similar thoughts with some of the smaller maintenance issues. Sometimes I think giving tenants a few basic tools and tips upfront could save everyone a lot of trouble. A drain snake in the welcome packet honestly isn't a bad idea haha.Reply by Daniel M.
I’d probably have the plumber take a closer look this time rather than just clearing it again. If it keeps coming back that quickly there may be something they’re missing. I’d want to rule that out before assuming it’s just how the tenant is using the sink.
