Tell me about a nightmare tenant

I want to hear about your guys nightmare tenants. I once had a guy paint the interior of one of my units entirely black (even the doors). I remember standing at his door and noticing the wall was a different color. When I asked him about it, he said the old color was "too plain." The lease made it clear painting of any kind was off limits.

Hey Noah! So I once had a tenant pull the fire alarm in my apartment complex four separate times. Each time he said he "sensed smoke." I wish I was making it up. Let me just say this.. The other tenants didn't like him. He also used to argue with his dog. Loudly. Needless to say, I'm glad he's not my tenant anymore. I wonder where he's at now and if he's making other tenants miserable still
