Hey Everyone!My name is Grace, but most people call me Gracie!
I am a newer landlord and in the process of taking over multiple properties for my in-laws. Some of the properties are well established, but some need some work! We have a mix of properties in NY, PA and also NC!
I am looking forward to hopefully running these properties in a different way now that my husband and I are taking them over. I can't wait to see all of the different discussions this platform has to offer!

Hi Gracie welcome!! Taking over multiple properties across three states as a newer landlord is kind of impressive honestly.
I'm pretty new too (just a couple units) so no big wisdom from me yet but I've learned a ton just lurking on here. And the places that need work are where you get to put your own stamp on things so that part's kind of fun. Welcome again!
