Does Innago have a system to post screening questions before scheduling a showing of rental? Thank you

Hey Pete!
In Innago you can create your screening application and send it to this applicant directly via email, and this can be done at any point you would like so could be done before showing them the rental.
Then once they apply and you review the results, you can choose to accept or deny them and you can then add the applicant to a lease in Innago if you choose to accept them. Often times I have seen many of our users do it this way as well, and here is our article describing the different levels of screening you can do: https://help.innago.com/articles/tenant-screening-settings-and-fees/
Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or anything and we are happy to help.

Hi Alex. We use a 2-part process that starts with screening prior to an application. So is it possible to first do a preliminary screening to generally confirm credentials prior to scheduling a showing. Then after the tour and if the applicant wants to move forward, that's when they'd do the full application with paid features... with the application options available, it seems like we can only choose 1 option- either screening or full application?...

You do actually have the option to send out the free application first to put in any custom questions or dealbreakers and then if you choose to proceed, that is when you can do additional screening and the applicant would then pay that additional portion for the screening. A lot of our users seem to do it this way like you are describing and it works well.
Just let us know if you have any further questions or anything! We're happy to help.

I also wish to send a simplified no charge screening application before sending the full application. I only see one option for no charge application are we able to add a second no charge application option.
Basically, If I modify the existing application can I save it as a second quick application option to choose as needed without losing the original full application ?

We do this with our units in Innago. We start with the basic application, and then if the person passes that stage (employment verified, reported income meets minimum threshold required, and current landlord provides positive feedback on the renter) then we click the option to 'Request Additional Screening' where we pull a credit / criminal / and eviction report. We do it in these 2 stages so that we only charge promising candidates for the additional screening.
