Scaling…Do I even want to?

I’m kind of stuck between whether I should think about scaling or not. If you have seen my post on the water damage caused by the upstairs neighbor you will understand a little better, but I feel like my wife may be on the verge of wanting to sell our 1 property. I, on the other hand, have been feeling the complete opposite and have been enjoying the chaos of landlordom. It’s way too early at the moment to be thinking of scaling, but I wanted to get people’s thoughts on any practical ways to go about addressing thoughts of possibly scaling, even if I’m not positive that I (my wife) wants to.
Look forward to your thoughts/experiences on this dilemma,
- Josh

@[cmrz827dq0009uq0jmjr9euk1](Joshua Winders) After everything you've been through lately, I'm not surprised it's got you thinking about it. Personally, I'd wait until all the water damage is behind you before making any big decisions. One bad experience can make the whole thing feel a lot worse than it really is. Once things settle down, you and your wife might have a much clearer idea of whether you want another property or just stick with one for a while.
