Recurring Property Expenses

One feature I miss from other property management solutions I have used in the past is the ability to create recurring property expenses in the platform without the need for 3rd party integration. This would help see a complete picture of what is coming in and going out. Most property bills are consistent and having these setup regardless of lease would truly help with P&L statements.
