Recurring plumbing issues in an older triplex

This is the third time in six months I've had a clogged main line in a 1960s triplex. Plumber suggest a camera inspection before it becomes a bigger issue. Has anyone had luck with pipe relining instead of a full replacement for old cast iron?

Three backups in six months sounds like something bigger is going on and I'd want to know exactly what you're dealing with before spending money on a repair.I haven't done pipe relining myself, but I'd be curious to hear from anyone who has. Seems like it could be a good option if it saves digging everything up.
