I'm new and skeptical of AI. Please convince me I should feel otherwise!

Tell me about an AI tool or AI-powered system you use for whatever purpose in your real estate portfolio (management, records, bookkeeping, etc.) and why it works. I'd also be interested in any risks you take on by using this tool and how you mitigate them.

Trying to learn and adapt but having a tough time with this.

Hi Christina,

As an "old" person that is totally trying to embrace new technology, I love this topic. I use copilot for everything, basically because it was already on my computer and easy to access. I'm sure there are better AI tools to use, so I am looking forward to seeing what other people are using for their portfolios.

Keep the great topics coming, I love reading everyone's thoughts on these topics.

I was skeptical too, but it's turned into a nice timesaver. I mostly use it to help draft emails, maintenance notices and summarize long documents.

I just make sure to read everything before I send it. It's great for getting a first draft together, but I wouldn't rely on it without double checking.

I'm still figuring it out myself, but I've started using AI to help write tenant emails when I'm not sure how to word something. It saves me a lot of time staring at a blank screen 😅 I definitely still double check everything before I send it but it's been more useful than I expected.
