New here, up to 7 units now and still learning as I go

Hey all.  I started with a single duplex back in 2019, and one property just kind of turned into another until I looked up and had 7 units across a mix of single families and small multifamily. Never really planned to get here this fast, most of it happened because a deal came along at the right time rather than some grand strategy.

Still self-manage everything, which felt totally fine at 3 or 4 units and has gotten noticeably harder somewhere around unit 6. Debating whether to bring in help for maintenance calls or just keep pushing through it myself, so I'm sure I'll be posting in a few different sections here trying to figure that out. Regular 9 to 5 on top of all this too, so evenings and weekends are basically property time at this point. Good to actually be part of the conversation instead of just reading it, say hi if you're around a similar size and juggling a day job with it.
