I've gotten to the point in my rental business where I need to invest in some good tech. I've been getting by with what could be considered band-aid fixes, but it's time to get something more reliable. What do you guys use? I'm looking for something I can collect rent through (I used to use Venmo, don't judge me), keep track of expenses and income, and market my properties. Thanks, everybody!

Hi Micheal. I'm looking into Innago. It's looking promising so far :) One good thing about it for smaller/newer landlords is that it's fully free on the landlord side.
