Howdy y'all,Does anyone have any experience with inexpensive upgrades that made your tenants feel like they were being noticed/felt special?
I'm not trying to sound like I'm being sneaky, but I want to do something nice for my tenants by upgrading the condo but also have very limited budget.
Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance,
-Josh

Smart thermostat, doorbell, electronic lock, etc. Small luxuries that shouldn't cost too much but feel high tech and tenants definitely appreciate!Reply by Marc St.James
Christina's smart stuff is a good call, tenants love that kind of thing. I'll add the boring cheap ones that punch above their weight. New cabinet hardware and a fresh light fixture or two makes a place feel updated for almost nothing. Same with a good quality shower head, sounds silly but people notice that one every single day.

I have never been satisfied with standard rental apartment shower heads, as they are often poorly maintained and lack adequate water pressure. Replacing them with a detachable model is a significant improvement.Reply by Eli Morrow
I think a simple one that doesn't cost too much and is easy to install are outlets with USB plugs. They are generally cheap, around $20 in my experience, and don't take too long to install. They are always well received by my renters.
