Let tenants handle certain responsibilities?

Are there maintenance issues that you have tenants handle themselves? Simple things like changing lightbulbs, air filters, etc.?Trying to reclaim some time, these little things are starting to add up the more units I add.

Anytime I have new tenants move in, I give them a little care package of supplies. Most of what is in it are light bulbs, 9V batteries for the smoke detector, and a plastic hair/drain snake. These are supplies I'm already buying anyway, and they'll hopefully turn to that before they reach out to me.My tenants seem to really appreciate it and I appreciate that I don't have as many calls about these simple repairs. It is both a nice gesture and a time saver for a cost that I'm already going to eat.
