Do any of you have a clause in your lease that state a tenant can not store an E-bike in their unit?

We do not, but I'm curious. Why the need to not allow an e-bike to be stored?

Not looking to do that at all. But wanted to see if anyone had a clause about it.

Lithium batteries for e-bikes, scooters, etc are a real issue. Check with your insurance company. As more and more fires have been caused by them, insurance companies are carving this cause out for commercial properties...and residental could soon follow.
