In the past few years, I know AI has become the big thing... typically, that's something I'm not really into (data centers and whatnot). But managing several units on top of working a full-time job can get a little exhausting and having extra tools to help out would be a lifesaver.....So is AI really that popular for property management/can it make some of my workload a little easier? Where would I even start??

@[cmsnjz971004ari0mshh10yfp](Alexa Abbott) I think it's becoming pretty common, especially for the more repetitive parts of property management. We’ve used it mostly for things like drafting resident communications, organizing information and getting a first draft of notices together.
I wouldn't let it handle anything important without reviewing it but for saving some time on the smaller stuff, it can definitely help.
