Innago + MHP

What's been your experience with Innago and MHPs? I have an apartment mid-term rental business, but I'm looking to buy a park soon. I feel like Innago will be able to support both, but I'm new to Innago so I can't say for sure. I'm thinking additional charges for utilities would be supported while messaging and maintenance requests would be great, but can't say from experience yet.

Some other Innago users that also work with mobile home parks may have some further insight as well, but we do have a case study specific to an Innaogo user that has mobile home parks if you have not had a chance to check this out yet it could be helpful!

I manage a mobile home park and use Innago. I love it! It works the asame I'd imagine with any type of rental - except of course, we don't check off anything having to do with number of bathrooms/bedrooms that sort of thing. And Mobile Home Park is not in the drop down for the typre of property (At least not last I checked a fe months ago).
