Innago feature request.

I would love to have the ability to track rental increases over time as a whole and on specific properties. It would also be great to see an overall percentage growth on the reports page.

I wholly agree, but more specifically, not simply "increases" but percent of change. Both as a portfolio and for individual properties.

This is something that I have heard a lot and know is currently in the works, but I will relay this along again with our product and development team now. I agree wholeheartedly this is a much needed feature and I envision you will be able to set a % or flat dollar amount increase to happen every year or whatever frequency you would like. Also we will have it to where you can schedule out these increases in advance so they would automatically kick in once that time comes.
