Innago's application process is starting to feel a little outdated compared to other property management systems. We need the ability to customize more aspects of the application all teh way to the look and feel. The process design should be more modular in design, as well as better layout options when it comes to questions, as well as field options.

Yes. I am very aware of this. There are many other "free" property management applications that have better application processes. I wouldn't expect Innago to just do this for on reason.
