The other day one of my friends (who also started investing in real estate more recently) was talking about his cousin who just flipped a house in Indianapolis. He made a solid profit and is now looking for another opportunity there. I'm not familiar with the area, but I'm curious. What are the trends there? Does anyone have experience flipping houses there?
