Hello everyone,

I need help with some research I'm currently doing. I am talking to landlords about pain points, difficulties, frustrations they have dealt with on the bookkeeping side of landlord-dom. We are all landlords here (I assume).

Are there any questions you would ask, or that you want answers on that I could add to my questions list?

Hey Josh. I'm on the property management side, so bookkeeping is a little different for us, but one thing I'd be curious about is how much time landlords spend each month just organizing receipts and expenses versus actually reviewing their numbers.

I'd also ask what part of bookkeeping they find the most frustrating. Sometimes it's not the accounting itself, it's just keeping everything organized throughout the year.
