I'm a newer landlord. I've been collecting rent through Venmo and paper checks so far, but it's becoming too complicated the more I grow my business. Recommendations on what I should do instead?

I would highly recommend property management software. It's made my life so much easier. Rent collection is simple and everything is tracked automatically. Most of the platforms don't require a PHD in technology, either :)
