Hi everyone!I'm Christina from the NE Ohio area. We have 10 units (mix of SFHs and duplexes) and are looking to network with others in the area.
Over the past five years, I've gained a ton of experience on the management side (managing leases, renewals, maintenance, etc.). However there is still a lot left to learn — I'm interested in getting deeper into creative financing, rehabs/budgeting, tax strategies, cost seg studies, 1031 exchanges, etc.
Looking forward to diving into these topics on this platform and contributing where I can!

Hi Christina, welcome! 10 units is awesome, sounds like you’ve learned a lot over the years. I’m still trying to learn more about the financing and tax side too, there’s always something new with rentals.
