Ok I'm just trying to get a positive landlording thread going.Quick happy story: My tenants got engaged recently so I decided to sneak a really nice bottle of champaign into their fridge the last time I was down at their place. They loved it and it made me feel like a good landlord and let them know that I appreciate them.
Let's hear some happy stories that make you proud to be a landlord.

Tenants really seem to love that and it always means a lot to them. I would love it if I were them, so I try to think that way!
