Feature request - automated reminders for owners and tenants

It would be very helpful to have the ability to set up reminders in Innago.

For landlords, this could be for things like rental property inspections (i.e., 6 months after move-in).

For tenants, this could be for things like AC filter check / replace.

I know we have the ability to send messages for these things, but it would be great to have the ability to get reminders for these things through Innago.

Hi Kimberly! Property owners can set reminders through maintenance requests! You'll need to set up a ticket, make it a reminder, then make it recurring.

I agree. A separate space out of maintenance because not everything reminderrelated is maintenance.

Hi Kimberly - I just did a trial for this. It would be great if the option to make it recurring can be set up on the first page. It would also be nice to have the option to repeat on the X day of the week. For instance we do pest control on the 3rd thursday every 3 months. Lastly, it would be great if we can make it go to "current" and "future" tenant instead of picking a tenant.
