Document signing inside of innago

When first started using innago, I had played around with their document signing feature. I could never get the fields to display on the templates I created appropriately and it made it look less than professional. Do you all use their document signing and template features or do you use a third party to create and send documents for signing? I really want to use theirs, but it's clunky to use.
