Creating a leasing structure with DD population

Our leases are with our DD clients, but invoices go to payees/guardianships, but we have contract providers that are in the house 24/7 with the clients. So, technically there are three parties involved in one lease/payment/maintenance requests. Suggestions?

Hey Joan!

When setting up leases for DD clients or similar situations, I have seen a lot of our Innago users add everyone on the lease listed as roommates and then you can adjust the rental split of what each person pays.

So you could have three people listed on the lease, but only one of them be responsible to make payments, or could split that up however you would like. When doing this, all of the listed people on the list will have the ability to login, sign documents online, submit maintenance requests, etc. as well.
