Am I required to give a pay by paper check option in Oklahoma?

Hey Andrea!
It would of course be safe to double check with a legal professional but as far as I know, there are no laws or regulations requiring you to accept paper checks for your tenant's rental payments in Oklahoma.
If you have a preference on how your tenants pay you, you can always write it out in your lease document or just communicate it with them directly. Typically you can offer all options for your tenants to pay but completely understand if you don't want to deal with the hassle of having to cash paper checks. It would definitely be easier for both you and the tenants if they submit online payments, and feel free to reach out to us as well if you ever want to discuss further.
