Hello. I've been wanting to start purchasing more property and growing my real estate portfolio. I'm a newbie in home renovation and BRRRR in general. Any advice helps!

BRRRR is a good way to enhance your RE portfolio. I would initially start by joining any real estate association in your area. Doing a quick Google search will do the trick. I'm based in Ohio, and there are a couple in my area. By joining these you can connect with RE investors from your area to learn more about how to do this. Starting off you want to make sure you budget what you can spend on this first purchase and create big margins just in case the project to rehab the place takes longer than expected. You don't want to willy nilly just go through the motions as well. Create a loose timeline and stick to it only if it makes sense.
