Automated tenant approval kickoff automation

I am wanting to automate a process that I have to do when I approve a tenant's application (or deny). In order to do that, I need a way to kick it off. The only email I get form Innago is telling me an application is pending. Is anyone doing anything like this? I really wish they had some basic API's to tap into.

I have contacted them. They do not currently have any way to do that in an automated fashion. I would need to go dig the approval (or denial) letter out of the system e-mail history, which I am going to currently do, and use that as a kick-off. I would have just preferred to have had a way to automate it completely. :)
