Anyone else read the latest Breakdown article on here?

Looks like reserve fund requirements jump from 10% to 15% of the annual budget. I'm currently looking into a condo association move, but I don't love seeing that they may be forced into steeper dues increases down the road. Gonna cut into margins. What do you guys think?
